Shipping policy

Shipping within New Zealand

Items couriered within New Zealand will be delivered to the address given within 2-4 working days. If your address is rural please allow an extra couple of days delivery. We will inform you with a shipping confirmation email, which will have the tracking number for your parcel and estimated delivery date.Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. There may be some delay with Public Holidays.


Shipping to International Destinations 

Prices shown are in NZD and do not reflect local currency conversion. Note the customer will need to pay for any local customs duty or taxes on delivery. Your package maybe subject to local customs, duty or brokerage charges. The purchaser, not Next Door Gallery, is responsible for these charges as they are determined by your local customs office. If there are any extra charges or additional postal charges to pay (the website will work out shipping determined by your shipping address, but on occasion this may not be correct) either Next Door Gallery or the courier service will contact you and require payment before they can deliver your order. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.


Items couriered to Australia 

Expected delivery within 6-10 working days. Please track your order regularly advise us of any concerns.


Items couriered internationally

Expected delivery within 6-20 working days. Please track your order regularly advise us of any concerns.


Delivery and Shipping Costs 

Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight & size of your order.  To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout.
Next Door Gallery will contact you if you have ordered an over sized item or if for some reason there is a problem shipping your order.

We will then work with you to resolve the issue which may involve extra cost – if so we will ensure you are happy, otherwise if you choose, we will refund your order.
