These lovely little birds have been created by Hilary Jowle, a Waikato-based Glass Artist who uses the Traditional, Tiffany and Mosaic methods to create multi-layered, sculptural, unique pieces of art.

Rendered in stained artglass these simple sculptures are original designs. Each work begins with the glass, the image discovered rather than imposed, emerging through its patterns and movement.
