Sakura Blossom Necklace

The cherry blossom is known as 'sakura' in Japanese and symbolises not only the return of spring but of renewal and hope.  The fleeting, delicate beauty of the blossoms serves as a metaphor for the brevity of life, reminding us to savour each moment.

Sterling silver Sakura blossom (9mm x 9mm), hand painted with porcelain paint, and hanging from double leaves  (11mm x 16mm).  The porcelain paint is water and scratch resistant.
