Let It Go

If you loved "Aroha's Way" then you will LOVE this new children's picture book. Join Aroha and her friends as they navigate their way through emotions; sadness, anger, shame and fear. Throughout the book, Aroha and her friends each experience an emotion, and find a unique way to release that energy from their body.

The Latin derivative for the word emotion, 'emotere' literally means energy in motion.

'Let it Go' hopes to encourage children to explore what emotions feel like in their bodies and how we can discover techniques to allow the emotions to dissipate in a healthy way that works for each child. In the book, you will notice a golden line of energy moving throughout the pages. This represents the energy in motion or the emotion as it starts and ends with each child.
